Flavoursome and exciting, the 2025 Robertson Pinot Gris has fragrant Nashi Pear, melon, peach, lychee and subtle spice. There is a richness in the mid palate which only comes from very ripe grapes. Pinot Gris is a Universal variety and can be enjoyed at lunch , late afternoon or dinner. According to Jancis Robinson the grey as in Pinot Gris takes its name from the grey habits worn by the Cistercian Monks who spread the variety through Europe.
