Garlic Gourd (Ilala Palm) XLARGE

These Garlic Gourds are woven by a community of women weavers in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe. The Ndebele women have passed down the knowledge of weaving from generation to generation and use it as a main source of income which empowers and allows them to earn a sustainable livelihood.

These Gourds would make a unique addition to a family home after some striking / structural woven pieces to sit on top of a cabinet or at ground level in a corner.
