Round Wooden Object - Burnt Offerings

I really am not sure what this would have been made for?? But it's very solid and the wood is lovely. I thought maybe if you put a glass into the middle, it would be suitable for a candle, incense or dried flowers. Or you it could just be purely decorative. I have hand burnt a piwakawaka, koru and leaf design to the top. Approximately 20cm in diameter and very heavy. Price includes post and packaging (rural extra).
