Silver Wing Lemon8 Pet-Nat 2025

Appropriately named, this is juicy, citrusy and immediately satisfying Pet-Nat. It's made from organic Riesling, Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc, direct pressed and fermented in ceramic amphora.

Dedicated to making wine without additives, all hand-picked from organic North Canterbury vineyards, Silver Wing was established by Andrew Fox in 2010. From two vineyards, planted with Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Semillon and Chardonnay, Andrew’s unfined, unfiltered North Canterbury expressions are playful, flavoursome and textural.
