This fresh, dry and easy drinking sparkling is made in the Charmat method, where the secondary fermentation is occurs under pressure in tank.

Tapi is the outcome of the trans-tasman partnership of two families, Gus and Swan Altschwager in Marlborough and Mark and Emma Kenneally in South Australia. These certified organic Wairau Valley wines are named after Mount Tapuae-o-Uenuku (‘footprint of the rainbow’), or as locals call it, Mount Tapi, a beacon which rises above the famous Marlborough wine region.
