Silver Wing Skinny Dip 2024

Florals, turkish delight, lemon curd, this is lifted, exuberant orange wine. It’s textured and supple to taste, finished with satiating chalky freshness. Hand-picked, organic Sauvignon, Semillon and Chardonnay were fermented and aged on skins for 5 months in ceramic amphora.

Dedicated to making wine without additives, all hand-picked from organic North Canterbury vineyards, Silver Wing was established by Andrew Fox in 2010. From two vineyards, planted with Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Semillon and Chardonnay, Andrew’s unfined, unfiltered North Canterbury expressions are playful, flavoursome and textural.
