The frequencies are hand painted and bespoke for your specific needs.

The kind of themes these cards create a shift in are following:

- Moving from deep grief into relief and acceptance
- Moving from a broken heart into a grateful heart accepting all experiences as growth to move forward
- Moving from disappointment to excitement for new opportunities
- Setbacks to new opportunities
- Lack to abundance
- Loneliness to community, friendship and love.
- Pattern breaking - creating change where there are certain behaviours you are wanting to shift.

Each card will come with tailored ‘I allow’ statements, a mantra to say each day and in some cases ‘I am’ statements. Please reach out with what you are wanting to create a shift/heal as the above is just a small example of what can be achieved together.
