The Steering Wheel Control (SWC) Patch Lead simply connects between the aftermarket headunit and the Aerpro Steering Wheel Control Interface or Infodapter module, which enables your OEM steering wheel controls to work with the compatible aftermarket Pioneer AV Headunit.
