2023 Brennan Gibbston Blanc de Noir Caros Wines NZ

A gorgeous Blanc de Noir from this boutique house in Gibbston. We've tasted a lot of this style recently and the Brennan is not only one of the very best, but also one of the cheapest! This is 100% old vine Pinot Noir, pressed off the skins and then fermented in old oak, and aged on lees, to produce a special textural white wine, maintaining delicate aromatics and acidity with perhaps just a slight hint of colour. A unique white for aperitif, seafood or white meats.
