Our Brut cuvée is made from the three traditional grapes used in the making of champagne – 40% Pinot Noir, 40% Meunier and 20% Chardonnay – and aged for three years in our cellars. Our most popular and internationally gold-awarded varietal, the light yellow/green and the delicacy of the Brut’s bubbles supported by subtle aromas of green apple, lemon, gingerbread and nuts make this champagne the ideal pairing from aperitif to dessert.
