The Christmas Pīwakawaka - Kids in Need Felted Wool Decoration

Once upon a Christmas, a little Pīwakawaka wanted to join in the festive fun. He knew Christmas in Aotearoa meant sunshine, laughter, and pōhutukawa blooms, but he had also heard tales of snowy rooftops and cosy firesides far away. So, he popped on a Santa hat and wrapped himself in a scarf, ready to flit between summer skies and storybook winters.
A fun nod to Kiwi Christmas with a wink to winter traditions, this decoration is lovingly designed in New Zealand and handcrafted in Nepal under fair trade conditions, each piece is a unique treasure that brings festive cheer while supporting a greater cause. A handy hanging string makes it easy to decorate your tree, or display on a mantel, shelf or tabletop for a whimsical touch.
This special edition decoration has been created especially to raise funds for Kids in Need Waikato, a local charity providing essentials and kindness to children across our community.
