This product should not be taken for more than 12 months except on medical advice. Ingredients

Each tablet contains ferrous fumarate 310mg(equivalent to elemental iron 100mg) and folic aciid 350 micrograms. Directions

Adult dose:Precention:One tablet daily.
Treatment:One to two tablets daily.
