Civic Framed Armchair

The Framed Armchair makes a statement with its striking silhouette. The seat and backrest appear to float within the cube-like frame, creating a refined sense of lightness.

Made with solid FSC®-certified American oak and finished with either a clear or smoked oak matte lacquer. In this edition, the armchair is upholstered with Città’s iconic Civic textile. The bold, repeating pattern is woven in upholstery-grade cotton jacquard. From a distance, the design reads as a crisp graphic composition, while up close, the intricacies of the weave reveal layered texture and subtle tone variation.

The Framed Armchair was first released in 2004 as part of the wider Framed furniture collection. Designed by David Moreland Design and is available exclusively from Città.
