The Husqvarna Automower® 540 EPOS® is a Wire free robotic mower for maintenance of commercial turfs of limited size Husqvarna Automower® 540 EPOS® is a robotic lawn mower for efficient commercial turf care. Its capacity makes it suitable for smaller and tighter park areas and roundabouts, as well as for corporate and municipal properties. Built on a new mid-sized platform and backed by 30 years of innovation in robotic mowers, this model guarantees high productivity, first-class cutting results and easy maintenance. The satellite-based Husqvarna EPOS® technology enables wire free installation, reducing downtime and allowing you to customize working areas and set temporary stay-out zones. With a pivoting front axle, the robotic mower easily handles uneven surfaces and slopes with inclinations of up to 50% (27˚).
Satellite correction data can be received via the Husqvarna Cloud at no additional cost, provided a constant internet connection via a mobile network is available. Where mobile network coverage is limited, or where the highest possible level of accuracy is required, the use of an EPOS® RS5 or EPOS® RS 4G reference station is recommended.

The absence of physical wires implies a new level of robustness and flexibility, permitting regular deep aeration and turf repair without jeopardizing the function of the robot installation.
Ready for AI-assisted vision technology accessory The AI-assisted vision technology enables the robotic lawnmower to detect, classify, and avoid obstacles on the turf. The system operates in both daylight and night-time conditions using infrared illumination. Object classification, including animals, balls, clothing, and standing water, supports effective obstacle avoidance while maintaining mowing efficiency. Assembly of the accessory is to be performed by an authorised Husqvarna dealer.
Pivoting front-wheel axle Ensures constant wheel contact with the ground, for improved traction on uneven and hilly surfaces.
Selectable mowing pattern Improve the visual impression of the turf by changing the mowing pattern. With EPOS® technology, the mower can run in parallel lines and create a variety of patterns, such as diamonds, triangles and checkerboard.
Warning lights Warning lights with pulsating or solid light to create awareness during operation at night. Reduces the risk of accidents in public work environments.
Husqvarna Fleet Services™ Husqvarna Fleet Services™ gives you full control of the mower with the possibility to monitor, control and analyze your entire fleet of products from your smartphone, tablet or laptop. You can overview the status and exact location, command them to start/stop or group-command them to park at storm warnings or in case of thunder. Settings and cutting heights are adjusted easily. Receive alarms and track the mower’s position in case of theft – from everywhere. Support required from Automower Connect during installation and when editing of EPOS boundary wire free installations.
Quick release cutting disc Quick-release cutting disc with 1-bolt attachment for fast, easy replacement. Using an extra cutting disc, you can prepare blade changes in advance to minimise maintenance and down time.
Floating cutting system Spring-loaded cutting system that flexibly adapts to the contour and unevenness of the ground surface, ensuring optimal cutting results. Typical of Husqvarna, the robust cutting disc system is equipped with sharp, razor-like blades made of strong carbon steel, providing an exceptional cutting performance and extremely low energy consumption.
Object detection by radar Built-in sensors using radar technology assists the mower to detect objects, lowers the speed and avoid hard collisions.
Rubberised front bumper The reinforced, rubberised front bumper reduces impact force in collisions with hard objects.
