Handcrafted in the Dancing Sands Distillery in Takaka, New Zealand, Dancing Sands Barrel Aged Gin is Sacred Spring Gin that has been aged for 3 months.

The gin is first crafted in a 150 litre Jacob Carl copper still by hand and in small batches.

Dancing Sands Barrel Aged Gin is a blend of gins aged in two types of casks: A new French Oak barrel and a used 14-year old Murderer’s Bay Rum barrel. They are then blended with the clearest spring water in the world and bottled at 48% ABV.

Champagne in colour, the huge oak flavour with hints of sweetness from the rum casks follow the juniper, manuka and spices.
