A smooth and expressive Brazilian natural coffee with inviting aromas of roasted almonds. It offers a creamy body, gentle citric acidity, and rich caramel sweetness, layered with notes of passion fruit, tangerine, and ripe mango. The finish is long, sweet, and pleasantly lingering. This coffee is especially well-suited for espresso and milk-based coffee. As an espresso, it highlights caramel sweetness, creamy body, and vibrant tropical fruit notes. With milk, it becomes smooth, sweet, and balanced, bringing out comforting notes of roasted almond and caramel. Note: We medium roast this coffee, and it requires 1~2 weeks of oxygen isolation to develop and get the best flavour. If opened too early, oxygen entering the bag can reduce the flavour or affect the development of the flavour.
