From the LoveMyEarth kitchen to yours, Turmeric Kitchari mix. A nourishing blend of spices, basmati rice and red lentils. A bowl of kitchari is the ultimate comfort food.

MILD - balanced and harmonious, a perfect nourishing bowl.

- Heat 1 tablespoon of ghee or coconut oil in a medium sized saucepan. Add kitchari mix, stirring, until fragrant, approx. 2 minutes.
- Add 1L (4 cups) boiling water, stir to combine and bring to a bubbling boil.
- Recommended – add 2 cups of mixed chopped vegetables.
- Turn heat to low and cook kitchari, stirring occasionally, for 30 minutes. Serve warm.
