Ketta GA series gauge diaphragm seal stainless steel -20°C to 180°C 40 bar (580 psi) - all sizes
Ketta GA series gauge diaphragm seal stainless steel - all sizes
Media temperature range -20°C to 180°C
Media pressure range -1.0 to 40 bar (580 psi)
Gauge diaphragm seals are used for media isolation meaning it enables the gauge media to be isolated from the line media but still give an accurate pressure reading
It does this by having a diaphragm in between the line media and the gauge media which flexes with pressure fluctuation to enable it to be transmitted to the gauge
It also enables the gauge to do higher media temperatures as it is isolated
The gauge side should be filled with glycerin or silicone oil taking care to bleed out any air bubbles
The diaphragm itself is actually a stainless steel bellow with a PTFE body oring
Ideal for corrosive, contaminated, hot or viscous medias
Gauge diaphragm are supplied dry - No Fluid included
All diaphragm seals can be filled and mounted to gauges using a selection of filling medias available
