At 4 g/litre Rallentando is definitely dry with the customary lime palate.  The acidity which might frighten those with a sweet tooth is fresh and balanced.  Their assumption that all Rieslings are loaded up with sugar is misleading but can be satisfied with a bottle of our botryti
