Insert A has the following holes in it 1 x 1/8 1 x 3/16 2 x ¼ 1 x3/8 Insert B has 1x 1/8 2 x ¼ 2 x 3/16 1 x 3/8 Insert C has 4 x ¼ holes Insert D has 2 x 1/4" And then there is a Blank insert which allows
