Cut across the grain like the traditional butchers blocks it will not blunt your knives. Use it as a chopping block or for more decorative purposes eg. displaying cheeses.

Hand made in New Zealand by a master craftsman, the timber has been seasoned for many years and has a wonderful antiqued patina.
