Preliminary Positioning: Insert all screws into their respective holes. Hand-tighten each until snug tight (finger tight). The bracket must remain loose and adjustable.
Alignment & Adjustment: With all screws loose, adjust the entire bracket to its correct position. Ensure it is level , plumb , and perfectly aligned.
Final Torquing: Once fully aligned, proceed to fully tighten all screws uniformly and securely following the manufacturer's specifications.
Exception Handling (Critical): If any screw exhibits high resistance or binds during installation:
STOP. Do not force it.
Back out the screw completely.
Inspect the screw and threaded hole for damage or debris.
Re-align the screw and attempt to restart it by hand.
If resistance persists, replace the screw to isolate the fault.
Key Warning: Never cross-thread or force a screw, as this will damage the threads.
