We recommend placing your pergola on a stable, level surface. While assembly is straightforward, professional installation is available for added peace of mind.
The warranty applies to domestic use and does not cover damage caused by extreme weather, misuse, or alterations to the structure.
During periods of heavy winds and rains, it is advised to keep the louvres open so that the wind and rain can pass through them, helping to prevent damage. During heavy snowfall, it is recommended to keep the blinds open to prevent the pergola from freezing and making it difficult to open.
