Easy Assembly Instructions
Our teak furniture are designed for quick and straightforward assembly. To ensure the best performance and protect the natural timber, please follow the steps below:
Align all parts before fastening
Position the frame and panels correctly, making sure all screw holes are aligned.
Insert screws by hand first
Start threading each screw gently by hand to avoid cross-threading.
Tighten gradually and evenly
Use the provided tool (or a standard screwdriver) and tighten the screws slowly, alternating between sides to ensure an even fit.
Do not overtighten
Teak is a natural hardwood. Applying excessive force may cause the timber to crack.
Tighten only until the connection is secure and stable—no extra force is needed.
Final check
Once all screws are in place, do a final, light re-check to ensure stability without forcing any joint further.
