The transistor selection in this fuzz are a pair of Newmarket CV9068 and CV7006 Red Dots which are military designated OC71s and OC72s. These are lower gain transistors for a fat, crunchy fuzz that doesn't get over saturated or heavily compressed. Awesome for pushing an amp on the edge of breakup into gloriously rich fuzz and overdrive tones. Huge dynamic control and cleanup off the guitar volume and with pick attack. The Gypsy Eyes Fuzz is our take on the classic Fuzz Face which first began to make waves in the mid 1960s - used to ultimate effect by Jimi Hendrix and favoured by a who's who of guitar greats ever since.
