1960s evening waistcoat, tailored for Lieutenant Neil Arthur Bradley, OBE.

Features black pearlescent buttons, and satin back and lining.

Lieutenant Neil Arthur Bradley served in the New Zealand Army under the 161st Artillery Battalion from 1963 to 1995. He fought in the Vietnam war and was awarded the Order of the British Empire (OBE) in 1991.
