These premium fish scale rulers estimate weight based on length, using data from thousands of recorded catches around New Zealand to give you a reliable guide — perfect for catch-and-release situations or when scales aren’t available.

Made from clear-coated 900 gsm vinyl, these rulers are designed for durability, minimal stretch, and maximum clarity. Each one provides accurate, easy-to-read measurements to help you quickly assess your fish’s size in the heat of the moment.

Tips for Best Use:

- Always measure fish with the ruler laid flat.
- Measure from the nose of the fish to the V of the tail, not the tip.
- For the Bluefin Tuna ruler, stainless steel rings at both ends allow you to hook it to a gaff and measure fish while still in the water.

After each use, rinse with freshwater and store loosely rolled, out of direct sunlight, to extend its life.
