Deer Blood
Deep Blue Health a potent source of natural haem iron, protein and amino acids. Sourced from premium deer farms in the South Island of New Zealand, it supports energy, strength, healthy circulation and recovery. Who it's for
Busy people with demanding work, athletes, students, women with heavy menstruation, and anyone recovering from illness. A daily dose of energy, strength and vitality. Why absorbs up to 7× better than plant iron
Haem iron — the form of iron in red meat and your own blood — uses a dedicated transport pathway that plant-based iron (non-haem) doesn't. Calcium, tea tannins, coffee and grain phytates block non-haem iron absorption. Haem iron from bypasses all of them, making it up to 7× more bioavailable and gentler on digestion.

Q: What is haem iron?
A: Haem iron is iron already bound in a haemoglobin molecule — the same form found in red meat and your own blood. It absorbs via a dedicated transport pathway at 15–35%, compared with ~7.9% for plant-based iron.
Q: What is anaemia?
A: Anaemia is a lack of red blood cells, usually because there isn't enough iron available for haemoglobin production. Deer blood is one of nature's richest haem iron sources.
Q: How can I support iron absorption?
A: Vitamin C and Vitamin B12 assist absorption. Caffeine reduces it — avoid tea and coffee within an hour of iron-rich meals. Haem iron from absorbed regardless of what else is in your meal.
Q: How long before I feel better?
A: Most people feel a difference within 2–4 weeks of daily use. For diagnosed iron deficiency, allow 8–12 weeks and retest ferritin with your GP.
