Carbide Insert 1/2” Router Surfacing Bit - 76.2mm width

Mega sized surfacing bit to maximise efficiency when flattening slabs using a router sled or CNC machine.

Includes 1 set (4pieces) of 12x12 carbide tips. We also stock additional carbide tips at $3.50 a piece.

Great for surfacing and flattening slabs. Worked great cutting through pohutakawa and walnut timber.

Blades can be rotated when blunt so no need to throw out the router bit. Once all 4 sides are used you can replace the whole insert. I’ve done around 50 runs for cuts 1-5mm deep on 1m2 area and it’s still sharp.
