Cushion Cover - Child's Play / Damson - 40 x 60 - One of a Kind

This is a one-of-a-kind piece. Where ink drops through the top layer of hand woodblock printing over 8 to 12 printings across a month, the aged cotton beneath reveals the Child's Play pattern - a luminous yellow-gold ground washes across the left, scattered with green leaf and bird-like motifs drifting freely, fine pencil-thin lines curving through the centre. On the right, bold terracotta and rust squares collide with green striped columns - graphic and geometric against the soft painterly warmth of the left. Two worlds on one cloth, joyful and entirely unrepeatable.

The Damson linen-cotton backing adds a deep, plum-toned richness that grounds the playful energy of the front. A 1cm flat flange frames the cover, finished with quiet precision.
