Headaches and migraines are becoming more prevalent in today's society as people are often leading busy lives with packed schedules. Stress, fatigue, lack of sleep, and hormonal fluctuations are some of the main causes of headaches. There are many ways to go about treating headaches, and one of them is by using essential oils. We have come up with a recipe blend which we believe will help our customers relieve headaches and migraines, and allow the opportunity to relax. Do remember to diffuse it for a couple of weeks, though if headaches and migraines do persist, we recommend you consult your health practitioner.

Headache/Migraine Blend:
4 drops Peppermint
3 drops Lavender
3 drops Eucalyptus
2 drops Rosemary
