May Chang essential oil, also known as Litsea Cubeba, is derived from the pepper-like fruits of the May Chang tree. It has a refreshing, sweet citrus and fruity aroma which blends well with many other essential oils, such as Bergamot, Geranium, Rosemary, and Ylang Ylang.

Main benefits:

- Fighting infections (blending with Tea Tree oil enhances its effectiveness)
- Helps with fatigue
- Natural insect repellent

Uses:

Bath: Combine 3 to 12 drops of May Chang essential oil in a tablespoon (15ml) of carrier oil first and add it to your bath to enjoy the benefits
Diffusion: Add 3 to 5 drops to your diffuser
Massage: Mix with carrier oil for a calming and relaxing massage
Cleaning agent: Use it on its own or mix with Tea Tree essential oil in a cleaning recipe.
