Our Raspberry Madeira is a beautiful, understated classic designed specifically for a Mother’s Day treat. Unlike our layered cakes, this is a single-tier Madeira sponge with raspberries baked right into the batter, ensuring a moist texture and a bright, fruity flavour.

Every cake comes finished with our signature smooth buttercream, a delicate halo of hand-placed edible dried flowers, and a "Happy Mother's Day" fondant plaque as pictured.
