A pungent, tangy and umami spice blend, the star ingredient in Indian street food. You'll find this mouth-puckering sour, salty and tart masala sprinkled everywhere from a Mumbai Veg Sandwich to Vada Pav to Dahi Puri.

Derived from the Hindi word for "lick," our seasoning will make all your snacks finger-lickingly good whether that's a Cheese & Pineapple Toastie, home-made guacamole or even a bowl of mixed nuts!

One 80gm packet will give you enough masala for 25 plates of chaat/other tasty snacks.
