Pork roast is a classic Goan dish with its distinct flavour marinated in green masala, gently simmered and roasted for over 2hrs, then thinly sliced and served with some wholesome potatoes. This goes to make great sandwiches or served as an appetiser or entree for any occasion. Serves 5 People.
