Sorpotel is a Portuguese originated dish but a delicacy in Goa. This is red pork meat curry that is tangy and spicy at the same time. I mainly use chicken livers with pork belly marinated and slow cooked and simmered over time to make it taste as authentic as it was back then at home. This dish requires 10 days notice Serves 5 people.
