NZ-made personal access doors built for garages, sheds, and commercial spaces — pre-hung, ready to install, delivered nationwide.

Manufactured in New Zealand from premium Steel, these pre-hung PA doors arrive complete with frame and hardware — drop them straight into your opening. Available in 9 standard COLORSTEEL® ENDURA® colours and ZINCALUME®, with additional colours available on request. We recommend verifying colour against a physical sample before purchase.

Standard sizes:

- 2045mm H x 875mm W — full frame door
- 2035mm H x 875mm W — no-bottom frame door

Construction & panel:

- 38mm sandwich panel — two 0.59/G300 steel skins laminated to a flame retardant EPS core
- Proprietary T 6060 aluminium capping around the door panel
- Aluminium profile powder coated to match door colour
- Internal colour matching external door frame
- Santoprene rubber seal all around
- Gussets for maximum strength at mitred corners
- Stainless steel pan head screws at mitred sections

Hardware:

- 3x 304 grade stainless steel hinges per door leaf
- Standard: Legge G2 Neptune lever handle — commercial grade, satin chrome
- Latch & latch guard fitted ex-factory
- Optional upgrades: mortice locks, pin pad locks, panic bar locks

Frame options:

- Inward or outward opening
- Full frame doors can be flipped for left- or right-hand opening
- No-bottom frame option for internal walls or concrete slab rebates (eliminates trip hazard)
