Gelatin is a gut-loving pure protein source, derived from collagen, containing amino acids that contribute to the building and repair of tissues within the body.

It's also great for gelling foods, making treats including gummies, jellies, marshmallows, mousse and more, or thickening up sauces and gravies. Nutra Organics' Gelatin is sustainably sourced within Australia using Australian grass-fed bovaer-free bovine.

It is neutral in flavour and remains unflavoured in cooking and sweet treats.

Gelatin needs to undergo a washing process as part of its refinement which results in sulphur dioxide residues. Sulphur dioxide has not been added to the final product.
