A minimum tank size of 200 litres is recommended, with fine sand for burrowing and plenty of live rock for foraging and shelter. Keep stable reef conditions with a temperature of 24–27 °C, salinity of 1.023–1.025, and a pH of 8.1–8.4. They are known to jump, so a secure lid is essential. Diet and Feeding
