Glendronach Cask Strength Batch 10 Whisky 700ml
Located in the Forgue valley, deep in the East Highland hills near Aberdeenshire, The GlenDronach Distillery derives its name from its water source: the Dronac burn. Established in 1826, it was among the first licensed whisky distilleries and has been home to pioneering owners such as the vibrant James Allardice and the driven Walter Scott.
While the times have evolved, the methods used in producing The GlenDronach have remained largely the same. Staying true to its Highland origins, this whisky boasts a bold and resilient character, ideal for maturing in sherry casks for an extended period of time. The well-regarded GlenDronach lineup expertly combines the finest Highland and Spanish craftsmanship and tradition, resulting in whiskies that exude refined complexity and a rich depth of flavor.
Batch 10 of GlenDronach's Cask Strength single malt series has been matured in a combination of Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso sherry casks, creating a bold and fruity character.
