Maungatapere raspberries and Waitematā Mānuka honey are united with Welsh laver seaweed, then built around a classic botanical base. The result is delicate juniper, lifted honeyed citrus, and savoury raspberry, all flowing into a rich, silky finish with just a gentle touch of sweetness.

Tasting Notes

Classic juniper leads with bright citrus lift and a soft honeyed warmth. The palate is silky and composed, with coriander, orris root, liquorice root, adding depth - and almond creating creamy structure and smoothness, beneath the subtle sweetness of mānuka honey. Raspberry brings a restrained, savoury fruit character rather than overt sweetness, while the laver seaweed adds a quiet mineral edge and salinity that keeps the gin elegant and balanced.

The finish is smooth, rounded, and lightly sweet, with lingering notes of juniper, citrus, tart raspberry, and soft honey.
