Routin Vermouth Blanc 750ml

Routin's Vermouth Blanc is a beautifully aromatic French vermouth from Chambéry, the historic home of the style. Made with French Sauvignon wine and local Jacquère wine, it is infused with a carefully balanced blend of 18 botanicals including wormwood, vanilla, thyme, cinnamon and elderflower. The result is a vermouth that is fragrant, softly spiced and unmistakably Alpine in character.

Sweeter than a dry vermouth but lighter than a red, Routin Blanc sits perfectly in the middle with a bright, elegant profile. Fresh herbal notes lead the way, followed by gentle spice and delicate floral aromas that make it wonderfully refreshing as an aperitif. Serve it chilled over ice with a lemon wedge or grapefruit segment, mix it with soda for a long drink, or use it to add aromatic lift to cocktails.

Produced by La Distillerie Des Alpes since 1883, the Routin house has spent generations refining classic Alpine recipes while preserving the original vision of founder Philibert Routin. The result is a vermouth that feels both timeless and vibrant in the glass.
