Tasting note

Fresh and vibrant, it shows vermentino's typical notes of yellow fruit and blossoms and the aromatic Mediterranean scrub. Saline and fruity, it has plenty of body and structure and pairs perfectly with seafood-based dishes, vegetables and mains of fish and white meat.
