With 100% barrel ferment in new French oak, there's load of complexity and rounded tropical fruit flavours to love in this 2023 release from Mission Estate. If you are a Chardonnay lover we think you might just like this Sauv. This sauv will develop more complexity and weight over the coming 5-10 years.

Tasting note

The colour is pale yellow. The bouquet has intense lime and tropical fruit aromas. The wine has good weight and texture in the mouth wine fine acidity. The intense mid-palate leads to a dry, persistent finish.
