This 2020 Syrah from Linden Estate’s 'Little' range is proof that Hawke’s Bay Syrah doesn’t have to shout to be heard. Made with minimal interference and a focus on natural winemaking, this is a delicate, fruit-forward expression with elegance and lift. The nose kicks off savoury and spicy, quickly giving way to classic black pepper, red cherry and raspberry notes. On the palate, it’s all about balance - warm, subtle oak and sweet spice meet juicy red fruit in a silky, mid-weight frame. It’s soft, rounded and endlessly drinkable, with a lingering finish that hums with gentle spice.
