Mills Reef Gimblett Gravels Reserve Syrah 2022 (12x750ml)

Very supple and appealing, this is beautifully poised wine - densely framed with an amalgam of red, black and blue fruits presiding over a palate that shows classic Gimblett Gravels Syrah anise characters and a healthy dollop of oak spice. Vinted in the fresher fruit, brighter style that seems to do so well on the judging circuit at the moment, this is an immediately attractive style that will work especially well with food.

The winery: "This delicious Syrah conveys blueberry, black fruits and subtle spice, with hints of white pepper and liquorice, with a lingering finish of toasty oak. Full bodied and imbued with supple integrated tannins makes this wine complex and savoury."
