Edradour has kept its production methods largely unchanged for over 150 years, operating more like a working farm distillery than a modern whisky factory. Tasting Notes

The nose opens with dark dried fruits, old leather, treacle and earthy spice. On the palate, rich sherry sweetness leads into layers of raisins, honeyed oak and bitter almonds, with hints of peppermint chocolate and cocoa. The finish is warming and lingering, with sweet oak, dried fruit and a touch of spice.
