Directions

- Begin by cleansing your face thoroughly to remove makeup, dirt, and impurities.
- Apply NIGHT CAP to your face at night time. Using your fingertips, gently massage into your skin using upward and outward motions. Avoid rubbing too harshly, as retinol can be irritating, especially when you're starting to use it.
- Avoid applying NIGHT CAP to sensitive areas like the corners of your eyes, nostrils, and lips. These areas can be more prone to irritation.
- After NIGHT CAP has absorbed into your skin (usually around 3-5 minutes), apply a moisturiser to lock in hydration. This step is crucial, as Hydroxypinacolone Retinoate can be drying.
- Vitamin A can increase your skin's sensitivity to the sun. Therefore, it's essential to use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with at least SPF 30 during the day to protect your skin from UV rays.
- Start Slowly: If you're new to using a vitamin A, start by applying it every other night or even just a couple of times a week. This allows your skin to build tolerance and minimize the risk of irritation. Do not use Vit A in the mornings.

NIGHT CAP can be used on alternative nights with another vit A product or you can adopt NIGHT CAP as your only vit A product.

Results from using a vitamin A often take time to become visible. It can take several weeks to a few months to see significant improvements in your skin's texture and appearance.

If you have sensitive skin, are prone to skin conditions, or are unsure about using vitamin A, it's a good idea to consult a dermatologist before incorporating it into your skincare routine.

Remember that using vitamin A can cause initial dryness, redness, and peeling. This is often referred to as the "retinization" period and is a normal part of the skin's adjustment to the product. If irritation becomes severe or persists, consider reducing the frequency of use or discontinuing the product temporarily.

How often should I be using NIGHT CAP?

We recommend using this once a day incorporating into your night-time routine. However, if you are new to using Vit A, please follow the instructions on the packaging for slow integration into your skincare routine.

When will I see the effects of using NIGHT CAP?

The effectiveness of NIGHT CAP varies based on factors such as skin type, age, and overall skin condition. Visible and tactile improvements, such as reduced fine lines and enhanced skin moisturization and smoothness, can be observed. To maximize the efficacy of the anti-aging cream, consistent and prolonged application is recommended.

Do not use if pregnant. If you choose to use while breastfeeding make sure to wash your hands after application. A 50ml tube if used every night can last 6 weeks. If used 2-3 times a week a tube can last you 3 months.
