Deanston 21 Year Old 2000 Organic Whisky 700ml

Deanston Organic 2000 is a 21-year-old Highland single malt that is certified organic and initially matured in organic bourbon casks, before being finished in hand-selected organic fino sherry casks. Aromas of raisins, sweet malt, shortbread and strawberry jam fill the nose, complemented by notes of espresso, milk chocolate, cherries, oak-infused honey, beeswax, candied fruit and cinnamon throughout the palate.

Nose: Creamy malt, with pan aux raisins, and fresh summer berries.

Palate: Cocoa nibs, with toasty oak, juicy, sherry soaked vine fruits, and gentle spice.

Finish: Spiced fruitcake, and waxy orange peel.
