Yellow Rose Rye comes from hand selected barrels, blended and bottled in Texas. This small batch limited production spirit is made to create a Grain Forward Rye resulting a highly versatile liquid. STORE TEMPERATURES Houston´s surprisingly hot, humid and constantly changing climate has proven to be the optimal atmosphere for the maturation of our whiskey. This allows to develop a unique and complex flavor comparing to other whisky-making areas. Made from 95% high quality American rye and 5% malted barley. Nose: Mild vanilla and pine with hint of brown sugar Palate: Slightly sweet, spearmint with mild pepper and maple Finish: Medium finish with less pepper than other rye whiskeys
